WIA Return Policy

At WIA (Women with Initiative and Attitude), we aim to provide you with products that empower and inspire. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at woman.w.i.a@gmail.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to confirm availability.
  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and its packaging for a quicker resolution.
